Shipping & Delivery
We use Canada Post services for delivery and do our best to use the regular and most economic service for shipping. Your item will be sent the next business day after receiving your payment. We only use flat rate for shipping.
Canada
Dice & Cubes: We use lettermail (no tracking number). Delivery is between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is 1.50$
Boardgames: We use Expedited Parcel. Delivery is between 2 to 10 business days and we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping cost is 8$ for Quebec and Ontario, 10$ for the other provinces. Free Shipping on orders of 150$ and more.
Sleeves: We use lettermail (no tracking number) or expedited parcel (depends on the number of packs). Delivery is between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is 2.50$ for up to 8 packs, 4.50$ for 9 to 16 packs and 8.00$ (Quebec and Ontario) and 10$ for other provinces for 17 packs and more.
USA
Dice & Cubes: We use light packets airmail service (no tracking number). Delivery is wihtin 15 business days, depending on your location. Shipping cost is 2.50$
Boardgames: We use Expedited Parcel to USA. Delivery is within 15 business days and we will provide you with a tracking number. Shipping cost is 18$
Sleeves: We use light packets (no tracking number) or expedited parcel (depends on the number of packs). Delivery is within 15 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is 3.50$ for up to 8 packs, 6.50$ for 9 to 16 packs and 18.00$ for 17 packs and more.
International
Dice & Cubes: We use light packets airmail service (no tracking number). Delivery is wihtin 20 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is 4.25$
Boardgames: We do not ship boardgames outside Canada or the USA as the shipping would be too expensive and make no sens.
Sleeves: We use light packets (no tracking number) or small packets air (depends on the number of packs). Delivery is within 15 business days depending on your location. Shipping cost is 4.25$ for up to 8 packs, 7.75$ for 9 to 16 packs and we do not ship more than 16 packs in one shipment (cost make no sens). You will need to make 2 purchases if you want more than 16 packs.
Sale tax
Canadian customers will need to pay the taxes as follow: Quebec customers pay GST (5%) and TVQ (9.5%). British Columbia pay HST (12%), New Brunswick, Newfoundland & Labrador and Ontario pay HST (13%), Nova Scotia customers pay HST (15%). All other Canadian provinces pay GST (5%).
USA and International customers pay no taxes.
Returns
Satisfaction Guaranteed! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will replace it or refund your money. If the order was processed correctly, but it needs to be returned, you will only pay for the freight to return the marchandise.
Product returns are accepted with pre-authorization and you may only return it within 7 days of receiving your order and only if it is in new/resellable condition.
